Please download and complete the
Kalkie enrolment package which includes standard consent form for media release, and additional forms required by the school for internet access, student behaviour and electronic newsletter distribution. Once the forms have been completed please contact the school on (07) 4150 7444 to make an appointment for an interview with the principal.Please bring the following items to the enrolment meeting:
- completed forms
- birth certificate (if not previously enrolled at a state school in Queensland)
- other relevant information e.g. court / custody orders

Please note: if you are enrolling a student who is not a resident of Australia, please bring passports and relevant visa information for the student and the guardians/caregivers.
